About Ameliorate
Ameliorate is a skincare brand built around keratosis pilaris and skin that feels rough or bumpy. It sells its own skincare, body care and scalp care, organised into the Transforming, Clarifying and Soothing ranges, along with bundle kits that combine several products. Orders are delivered across the UK, Europe and worldwide.
Ameliorate - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Ameliorate - from voucher codes to product sizes and bundles.
How do I use an Ameliorate voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount code field before paying, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Can I buy Ameliorate products in a smaller size?
Yes. Alongside the full-size products, some are sold as 100ml minis, which suit a first try or travel, and there are supersize versions for products you use every day.
Does Ameliorate sell bundles?
Yes. Bundle kits put several Ameliorate products together, which is a practical way to build a routine from one range rather than buying each step on its own.
Tips for using a Ameliorate voucher code
Enter your Ameliorate voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out bundles or certain sizes, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Ameliorate
An Ameliorate voucher code is the simplest way to lower the cost of an order. NHS staff, key workers and students can each claim a dedicated discount, and signing up to the newsletter brings a welcome offer. Bundle kits can work out better than buying products one by one, and keeping your basket above £40 gets you free standard delivery.
Payment methods
Ameliorate accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
- Diners Club and Discover
- PayPal and Amazon Pay
- Alipay
- Klarna and Clearpay
Delivery
Standard tracked delivery takes 2-3 days from dispatch and is free on orders over £40, with a charge below that. Next day delivery is available if you order before the cut-off time, and it is free over £60. There are no deliveries on bank holidays. Ameliorate also delivers to Europe and worldwide.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unopened, sealed and in pristine condition. Call customer service first to get a returns authorisation number, and note that you pay the return postage yourself. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of Ameliorate receiving the goods.
More about Ameliorate
Ameliorate was started by its founder, Annette, following her own experience of keratosis pilaris. The brand now belongs to THG Beauty Limited, which runs the ameliorate.com shop. Its products are split into three ranges, Transforming, Clarifying and Soothing, covering skincare, body care and scalp care, and many are offered in several sizes, from 100ml minis through to full-size and supersize, as well as in bundle kits.
