AO - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about AO - from voucher codes to sending an item back.
How do I use an AO voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount appears in the order total.
How do I return an item to AO?
AO returns can be dropped off at a Drop at Shop point. Check your My AO account or the AO help pages for the steps and time limits that apply to your item.
Tips for using a AO voucher code
Enter your AO voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then check the basket total to confirm the reduction. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may only apply to certain brands or product types, or need a minimum spend, and it usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at AO
Using an AO voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to reduce the price of an order. It is also worth checking any offers shown on the product page before you buy, and comparing similar models across the range, since features and running costs can vary a good deal between appliances.
