Appliance City - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Appliance City - from voucher codes to installation, warranties and multibuy packages.
How do I use an Appliance City voucher code?
Add your appliances to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code box before you pay, then check that the discount has come off the order total.
Can Appliance City install my new appliance?
Installation is available on selected products. Check the product page to see whether it is offered for the model you want, and add it when you order if you would rather not fit the appliance yourself.
What is an Appliance City multibuy package?
Multibuy packages bundle several appliances at a discounted price. You pay a deposit to secure the package, and Appliance City can store the goods free for up to six weeks, which helps if a kitchen is not ready yet.
Does Appliance City offer extended warranties?
Yes. Extended warranties are available if you want cover beyond the standard manufacturer guarantee. Read the terms before you buy to see what is included and for how long.
Tips for using a Appliance City voucher code
Enter your Appliance City voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check that the reduction shows in the order summary. Codes may exclude certain brands or products already on promotion, so read the terms first. Choose any extras such as installation or recycling before applying the code, so you can see the full final price.
How to save at Appliance City
An Appliance City voucher code is the quickest way to cut the price at the checkout. The promotions page gathers manufacturer cashback, free gifts and extended warranty offers, so check it before you buy a big-name appliance. If you are replacing several appliances at once, a multibuy package can bring the total down, and PayPal Credit lets you spread the cost of a larger order.
