Arena Flowers - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Arena Flowers - from voucher codes to subscriptions and pet-friendly bouquets.
How do I use an Arena Flowers voucher code?
Choose your bouquet, add it to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before paying, then check that the discount is shown in the order total.
Does Arena Flowers offer a flower subscription?
Yes. You can set up a flower subscription to have bouquets delivered regularly, which suits anyone who wants fresh flowers at home or likes to send them to someone on a regular basis.
Are there pet-friendly flowers at Arena Flowers?
Yes. Arena Flowers has a pet-friendly range, which is worth choosing if the bouquet is going to a home with cats or dogs. Check the product details if you need to be sure.
Where does Arena Flowers source its flowers?
Arena Flowers buys through its own base at the Dutch flower auctions and focuses on ethically sourced stems. Its packaging has been plastic-free since 2017, and it runs a tree-planting scheme.
Tips for using a Arena Flowers voucher code
Enter your Arena Flowers voucher code at the checkout before you pay, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Some codes need a minimum spend or leave out certain products, so read the terms first. If you are adding a gift alongside the bouquet, put everything in the basket before applying the code.
How to save at Arena Flowers
An Arena Flowers voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to reduce the cost of a bouquet. Choosing standard next-day delivery instead of the pre-1pm option keeps the delivery charge lower, so ordering a day ahead of a birthday or anniversary pays off. A letterbox bouquet is a handy option when nobody will be home, and if you send flowers often, a subscription saves re-ordering each time.
Payment methods
Arena Flowers accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Delivery
Next-day delivery to mainland UK costs £4.90, or £7.90 for delivery before 1pm, and you can order up to 9pm the day before. Standard deliveries arrive between 8am and 6pm. Some Scottish postcodes, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and Cornwall need an extra day, and there are no deliveries on public holidays.
Returns and cancellation rights
Arena Flowers backs its orders with a satisfaction guarantee. If an order lets you down, get in touch and it will arrange a redelivery or give a full or partial refund, depending on the problem. It makes sense to contact the team as soon as possible after the flowers arrive, while the details are fresh.
