Baker Ross - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Baker Ross - from voucher codes to accounts for schools and craft ideas.
How do I use a Baker Ross voucher code?
Add your craft supplies to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount shows in the order total.
Can schools and businesses open an account with Baker Ross?
Yes. Schools and businesses can apply for an account, and credit accounts are available for business customers, which makes it easier for an organisation to order supplies regularly.
Does Baker Ross offer craft ideas?
Yes. The website has a free craft ideas hub with printables, which is useful for planning an activity at home, in a classroom or for a party before you order the materials.
Tips for using a Baker Ross voucher code
Enter your Baker Ross voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the basket total to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may only cover certain products or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is complete.
How to save at Baker Ross
A Baker Ross voucher code is the simplest way to reduce the cost of an order. Standard UK mainland delivery is cheaper than next working day delivery, so ordering a few days before a party or project saves on the delivery charge. Opened or part-used packs cannot be refunded unless faulty, so keep a pack sealed until you are sure you will use it.
Payment methods
Baker Ross accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Bank transfer
Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK mainland costs £4.95 and takes 3-4 working days, and next working day delivery costs £6.95 when you order before 1pm. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly costs £5.95 and takes 4-6 days. The Channel Islands and BFPO addresses are charged £9.95.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 28 days of receiving them, as long as they are in a condition to be sold again. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Opened or part-used packs are not refunded unless they are faulty. Refunds are made within 7 working days of Baker Ross receiving the return.
