Barker & Stonehouse - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Barker & Stonehouse - from voucher codes to design help and finance.
How do I use a Barker & Stonehouse voucher code?
Add your furniture to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount has come off the total.
Does Barker & Stonehouse offer interior design help?
Yes. There is an interior design service with design consultations, which can help you plan a room, choose pieces that work together and get the scale right before buying.
Can I see Barker & Stonehouse furniture in person?
Yes. The company has a number of stores along with concessions and outlets, so you can look at a sofa or table in person before ordering online or in store.
Does Barker & Stonehouse have a price promise?
Yes. Barker & Stonehouse runs a price promise, so check its terms if you find the same item for less elsewhere before or after you buy.
Tips for using a Barker & Stonehouse voucher code
Enter your Barker & Stonehouse voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to be sure the reduction has been applied. Read the terms first, as a code may exclude clearance items or certain brands, or need a minimum spend. A code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Barker & Stonehouse
A Barker & Stonehouse voucher code is the simplest way to reduce the cost of an order. The clearance section is worth a look before paying full price, and choosing click and collect avoids the delivery charge altogether. Because a multi-item order pays only the highest single delivery charge, buying several pieces together can save on delivery. Interest-free credit can also spread the cost of larger purchases.
Payment methods
Barker & Stonehouse accepts the following payment methods:
- Interest-free credit
Delivery
Delivery covers mainland UK only, not Northern Ireland, Ireland or the islands. Charges depend on item size: £99 for large furniture, £69 for medium, £29 for mattresses, £15 for small furniture and £6 for small accessories, and an order with several items pays only the highest charge. In-stock items arrive in 7-10 working days with a two-hour window, and most are assembled with packaging taken away. Click and collect is free.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days from receiving your order to say you want to return it, and then a further 14 days to send it back. Return costs are yours to pay unless the item is faulty. Items must come back boxed in their original packaging, and self-assembly items cannot be returned once you have started putting them together.
More about Barker & Stonehouse

It trades from around ten stores as well as concessions and outlets, alongside the website. Beyond furniture for the living room, dining room, bedroom and garden, it sells lighting, rugs, mirrors and wall art. Customers can book a design consultation through its interior design service, spread payments with interest-free credit, and use its price promise.
