Bio-Synergy - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Bio-Synergy - from voucher codes to subscriptions and the loyalty club.
How do I use a Bio-Synergy voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code box before you pay, and check that the order total has been reduced.
Does Bio-Synergy have a loyalty scheme?
Yes. The Bio-Synergy Loyalty Club lets you collect points when you shop, which you can build up over repeat orders of the products you use regularly.
Can I order Bio-Synergy products on subscription?
Yes. Subscribe & Save lets you set up regular deliveries of the products you buy often, and subscription orders over £40 come with free delivery.
Does Bio-Synergy work with personal trainers?
Yes. Bio-Synergy runs a programme for personal trainers, and it also has an affiliate programme for people who want to promote its products.
Tips for using a Bio-Synergy voucher code
Enter your Bio-Synergy voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Check the terms of the code, as it may not work on subscription orders or may need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has gone through.
How to save at Bio-Synergy
A Bio-Synergy voucher code is the simplest way to cut the price of an order. If you buy the same products regularly, Subscribe & Save sets up repeat deliveries and lowers the free delivery threshold for those orders. Joining the Loyalty Club earns points as you shop, and topping up a one-off order so it passes the free delivery threshold avoids paying for delivery.
Payment methods
Bio-Synergy accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £49, and subscription orders qualify for free delivery over £40. Orders placed Monday to Thursday are sent for next-day delivery, while weekend orders take 48-72 hours. Bio-Synergy also delivers internationally, which takes around 7 working days.
