About Bissell
Bissell is a floor care brand that sells its own machines directly through its UK website. The range includes carpet cleaners, spot cleaners, wet and dry vacuums and steam cleaners, along with cleaning solutions, accessories and bundles, and several ranges are designed with pet owners in mind.
Bissell - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Bissell - from voucher codes to warranties, spare parts and support.
How do I use a Bissell voucher code?
Add your cleaner or accessories to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code where the checkout asks for one before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the total.
What warranty comes with a Bissell product?
Bissell products come with a warranty of up to six years, depending on the model. Registering your product on the Bissell website keeps the details on record in case you need to make a claim.
Can I buy spare parts from Bissell?
Yes. Bissell sells spare parts alongside its machines, so a worn brush, filter or other component can often be replaced rather than buying a new cleaner.
How can I contact Bissell customer service?
Bissell has a phone support line that is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, which is the quickest route for questions about an order or a product.
Tips for using a Bissell voucher code
Enter your Bissell voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may apply only to certain machines or exclude bundles and multi-buy deals, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Bissell
Applying a Bissell voucher code at the checkout is the most direct way to save. Signing up to the newsletter gives you a discount, and the deals page brings together sale items, bundles and multi-buy offers. Buying a machine as a bundle with its cleaning solution or accessories can work out better than buying them one by one, and replacing a spare part can save buying a whole new cleaner.
Payment methods
Bissell accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
Delivery
Bissell sends orders with DPD on a tracked service, so you can follow the parcel on its way to you. The site advertises free delivery, and any conditions that apply to your order are shown at the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Returns within the UK are free: print a label from the online returns portal and drop the parcel at a parcel shop. Bissell does not offer exchanges, only refunds, which are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation.
