Boody - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Boody - from voucher codes to the brand's Comfort Guarantee.
How do I use a Boody voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Does Boody offer a Comfort Guarantee?
Yes. Boody offers what it calls a Comfort Guarantee. Read the terms on its website to see exactly what the guarantee covers and how to make a claim before you rely on it.
Tips for using a Boody voucher code
Enter your Boody voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the reduction has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out certain products, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Boody
A Boody voucher code is the easiest way to lower the price of an order. Frontline workers can get a discount, and The Lounge rewards programme gives regular customers another way to save. Standard delivery is free once your order passes £45 and express delivery is free over £80, so combining several basics into one order helps you avoid a delivery charge.
Payment methods
Boody accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
- PayPal
Delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders over £45, and express delivery is free on orders over £80. Below those amounts, the delivery charge is added at the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start the return through the online returns portal using your order number and postcode. A return charge is taken off the amount you get back, and you can choose between a refund and store credit. Intimates that have been opened and final-sale items cannot be returned.
