An annual Delivery Pass covers unlimited next day delivery, and orders can be sent to more than 200 destinations abroad.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 28 days to return an item for a refund or exchange. Returns within the UK are free, either by Royal Mail, Evri or InPost through the online returns portal, or in a store. Items must be unworn, with their tags and original packaging. Refunds take 5-10 working days, and exchanges can only be made in store. For hygiene reasons, opened bath products, socks, hosiery and swimwear without its hygiene strip cannot be returned, and gift cards are not refundable.
