Bugaboo - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Bugaboo - from voucher codes to warranties and refurbished pushchairs.
How do I use a Bugaboo voucher code?
Put the pushchair or accessory you want in the basket and go through to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before paying, then check that the order total has dropped.
What warranty comes with a new Bugaboo pushchair?
New Bugaboo pushchairs come with a four-year warranty. Keep your order confirmation and register the product with Bugaboo, so the details are easy to find if you ever need to make a claim.
Does Bugaboo sell refurbished pushchairs?
Yes. Bugaboo has a certified refurbished range alongside its new products, which gives you another way to buy a Bugaboo pushchair if you are happy with one that is not brand new.
Tips for using a Bugaboo voucher code
Enter your Bugaboo voucher code at the checkout before you choose how to pay, and confirm that the saving appears in the order summary. Read the code's conditions first, since an offer may apply only to certain pushchairs or accessories, and a code generally cannot be added once the order has gone through.
How to save at Bugaboo
A Bugaboo voucher code at the checkout is the most direct way to lower the cost of an order. The certified refurbished range is an alternative to buying new, and because Bugaboo pushchairs are modular with replaceable parts, a worn component can often be swapped rather than replacing the whole pushchair. Pay-later options such as Klarna and Clearpay spread the cost, though they do not reduce it.
Payment methods
Bugaboo accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna, Clearpay and Affirm (pay later)
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders from Bugaboo's UK online shop. If you need a pushchair, car seat or travel cot by a particular date, such as before a due date or a trip, check the delivery estimate before you place the order.
Returns and cancellation rights
Bugaboo offers a 100-day money-back trial, which gives you time to use a product at home and send it back for a refund if it does not suit your family. Returns are free of charge, so trying a pushchair in daily use does not leave you paying to post it back.
More about Bugaboo
Bugaboo is a certified B Corp, and its products are built on a modular design, so individual parts can be replaced as they wear out rather than the whole product being thrown away. The catalogue spans pushchairs for different stages and lifestyles, the Giraffe high chair and the Stardust travel cot, and the Otter and Owl car seats, which are made by Nuna. Owners can register their products with Bugaboo, and the certified refurbished range gives used pushchairs a second life.
