Cadbury Gifts Direct - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Cadbury Gifts Direct - from voucher codes to personalised gifts and gift cards.
How do I use a Cadbury Gifts Direct voucher code?
Add your gifts to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount is taken off the order total.
Can I personalise chocolate from Cadbury Gifts Direct?
Yes. Some products can be ordered with a personalised sleeve, so you can add a name or message to the gift. Check the personalisation details on the product page before you order.
Does Cadbury Gifts Direct sell gift cards?
Yes. Both gift cards and eGift cards are available, and eGift cards are sent free of charge, which makes them a practical choice when you need a present at short notice.
Tips for using a Cadbury Gifts Direct voucher code
Enter your Cadbury Gifts Direct voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then check the basket total to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may exclude certain products such as personalised items, or require a minimum spend before it works.
How to save at Cadbury Gifts Direct
Using a Cadbury Gifts Direct voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. Choosing standard delivery rather than next-day or weekend delivery keeps the delivery charge down, so ordering well ahead of a birthday or holiday saves money. If you are buying for someone far away, an eGift card avoids a delivery charge altogether.
Payment methods
Cadbury Gifts Direct accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
