Candles Direct - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Candles Direct - from voucher codes to its loyalty points scheme.
How do I use a Candles Direct voucher code?
Add your candles, wax melts or diffusers to the basket and head to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount box before you pay and check that the reduction shows in the total.
Does Candles Direct have a loyalty scheme?
Yes. Candles Direct runs a loyalty points scheme, so regular customers can build up points as they shop. Check the scheme's terms on the site to see how points are earned and spent.
Tips for using a Candles Direct voucher code
Type your Candles Direct voucher code into the discount field at the checkout and look at the order total before you pay to make sure it has worked. Check the terms of the code, because an offer may be limited to certain brands or exclude items that are already reduced, and only one code usually applies per order.
How to save at Candles Direct
Entering a Candles Direct voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to cut the price of an order. Signing up to the newsletter brings a discount for new subscribers, and the loyalty points scheme rewards repeat orders. The sale collection is worth checking for reduced candles and gift sets, and choosing standard delivery over DHL express keeps the delivery charge lower.
