Card Factory - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Card Factory - from voucher codes to balloons, reminders and the app.
How do I use a Card Factory voucher code?
Add your cards and gifts to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code box before paying, and check that the discount has come off the order total.
Can I order balloons online and collect them?
Yes. Card Factory's click, inflate and collect service lets you order balloons online and pick them up from a shop ready inflated, which saves carrying them home flat.
Can Card Factory remind me about birthdays?
Yes. Card Factory has an occasion reminder service, so you can save the dates that matter to you and get a prompt in time to choose and send a card.
Does Card Factory have an app?
Yes. Card Factory has apps for iOS and Android, so you can browse cards and gifts and place orders from your phone as well as on the website.
Tips for using a Card Factory voucher code
Type your Card Factory voucher code into the code field at the checkout before you pay, and check the basket total afterwards to confirm it has been accepted. Read the terms of the code first, as some offers need a minimum spend or exclude personalised items, flowers or balloons, and a code rarely works once an order is placed.
How to save at Card Factory
A Card Factory voucher code entered at the checkout is the simplest way to lower the cost of an order. Delivery is free on balloon bouquets, flowers and some other orders, and click and collect lets you pick up from a shop instead of paying for home delivery. The occasion reminder service also helps you order in good time rather than paying for a faster delivery option at the last minute.
Delivery
Card Factory shows the delivery options and expected dates in the basket before you pay, so you can pick one that arrives in time. Delivery is free on balloon bouquets, flowers and certain other orders, and click and collect lets you pick up an order from a Card Factory shop instead.
