About CartridgeMonkey
CartridgeMonkey is an online shop selling printer ink and toner cartridges to customers in the UK. It is a place to restock when a home or office printer runs low, and shopping online lets you match the cartridge to your printer model before you place the order.
CartridgeMonkey - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about CartridgeMonkey - from voucher codes to ordering the right cartridge.
How do I use a CartridgeMonkey voucher code?
Add your ink or toner to the basket and continue to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before paying, then check that the reduction is shown in the order total.
What should I check before ordering from CartridgeMonkey?
Note the model number of your printer, or the code on the cartridge you are replacing, and make sure the product you order is made for that model. It saves the trouble of sending back the wrong one.
Tips for using a CartridgeMonkey voucher code
Enter your CartridgeMonkey voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms that come with the code, as an offer may only cover some products or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at CartridgeMonkey
A CartridgeMonkey voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to take money off an order. Ordering before your printer runs completely dry gives you time to compare cartridges rather than buying in a hurry, and buying the ink or toner you will need in a single order can save on placing several small ones.
