Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Cass Art - from voucher codes to where you can find its shops.
How do I use a Cass Art voucher code?
Add your art materials to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount shows in the order total.
Where are the Cass Art shops?
Cass Art has shops in cities including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Brighton, where you can browse materials in person or pick up a click and collect order.
Tips for using a Cass Art voucher code
Enter your Cass Art voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then check the basket total to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may exclude certain brands or clearance lines or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Cass Art
A Cass Art voucher code is the most direct saving on an order. Cass Art Rewards collects points as you shop, and the student discount days are worth watching if you are studying. The sale page gathers reduced and clearance lines, and spending over £50 unlocks free standard delivery, while click and collect is free on orders over £30.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.95, takes 3-5 working days and is free on orders over £50. Next day delivery costs between £2.95 and £7.95 depending on the order value, for orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands have different charges. Click and collect is free on orders over £30 and is ready in 2 working days.
Returns and cancellation rights
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email Cass Art before sending anything, then post the items back by tracked delivery at your own cost. Purchases made in a shop can be returned within 28 days. Special orders, clearance items, portfolios, easels, aerosols, pens and adhesives cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
