Cernucci - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Cernucci - from voucher codes to jewellery guarantees and gift packaging.
How do I use a Cernucci voucher code?
Add your jewellery or clothing to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Is Cernucci jewellery covered by a guarantee?
Yes. Cernucci gives a lifetime guarantee on its jewellery, which is worth bearing in mind when you compare it with pieces that come without any cover.
Can I have a Cernucci order gift packaged?
Yes. Gift packaging is available, which makes a chain, bracelet or watch ready to hand over as a present without wrapping it yourself.
Tips for using a Cernucci voucher code
Enter your Cernucci voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may cover only jewellery or clothing, or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Cernucci
A Cernucci voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. Students and NHS staff can each claim a discount, so check whether you qualify before you pay. Spending over £50 brings next-day delivery down in price, and click and collect costs the same as home delivery, so choose whichever suits you best.
Payment methods
Cernucci accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (major cards)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna (pay later)
Delivery
Standard delivery with Evri costs £3.99 and takes 3-5 working days, including to Northern Ireland. Next-day delivery with Evri is £4.99 when you order by 9pm Sunday to Friday, and £2.99 on orders over £50. Next-day delivery is not available in some parts of Scotland and Wales. Click and collect costs the same as home delivery.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days to return an item. Returns are arranged through Cernucci's online returns portal, which sets up a tracked return so you can follow the parcel on its way back. If you are unsure whether something will suit, check the return window before you order.
