Club L London - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Club L London - from voucher codes to Premier Delivery and gift cards.
How do I use a Club L London voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
What is Club L London Premier Delivery?
Premier Delivery is an annual subscription that gives you free next-day delivery on your orders. It is worth considering if you buy from Club L London several times a year.
Does Club L London sell gift cards?
Yes. Club L London sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own dress or outfit rather than relying on you to guess the right size or style.
Tips for using a Club L London voucher code
Enter your Club L London voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the reduction has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out certain lines, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Club L London
A Club L London voucher code is the simplest way to reduce an order, and signing up by email brings an offer too. Students and 16-25s can claim a discount, as can key workers, and there is a separate maternity discount. The sale page is worth a look before paying full price, and choosing store credit when you return an item avoids the return charge.
Payment methods
Club L London accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
