DeerRun - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about DeerRun - from voucher codes to warranty cover and the companion app.
How do I use a DeerRun voucher code?
Add the treadmill or accessory you want to your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before paying, and check that the total has been reduced.
What warranty comes with a DeerRun treadmill?
The A1 Pro, X20 and X50 models carry a two-year warranty, while other DeerRun products come with one year of cover. Check the product page to confirm which applies to your model.
Is there an app for DeerRun equipment?
Yes. DeerRun works with the PitPat app, which you can use alongside your equipment at home. Look at the product details to see whether the model you are considering supports it.
Tips for using a DeerRun voucher code
Enter your DeerRun voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then check the order summary to make sure the discount is showing. Read the terms of the code first, as it may apply only to certain models or series, and an offer usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at DeerRun
Using a DeerRun voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to lower the price of a treadmill or bike. Standard delivery is free on most items, so choosing it over the faster paid options keeps the total down, and collecting from Oldbury costs nothing. Comparing the warranty across models is worth doing too, since some come with two years of cover rather than one.
Payment methods
DeerRun accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- Klarna and Afterpay
Delivery
Orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 working days, and free standard delivery takes 3-7 working days on most items. Greater London and the West Midlands can choose 36-hour delivery for £9.90 or a paid 24-hour service. Free collection is available from Oldbury, and some remote areas, including parts of Scotland, Wales and the islands, are collection only.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 60 days from receiving your order to return it. Unless the item is defective, you pay the cost of sending it back. Once DeerRun has inspected the return, the refund goes to your original payment method, usually within about 10 working days.
