About Desigual
Desigual is a Spanish fashion brand with a colourful, patterned style, sold through its own website and shops. The UK site offers clothing for women, men and kids along with bags, shoes and accessories, all under the Desigual label, and delivery is free on orders over £60.
Desigual - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Desigual - from voucher codes to the app and checking shop stock.
How do I use a Desigual voucher code?
Put your items in the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code field before you pay, and check that the discount has been applied to the total.
Can I check whether a Desigual shop has an item in stock?
Yes. The website lets you check stock in Desigual shops, so you can see whether a piece is available near you before making the trip to try it on.
Is there a Desigual app?
Yes. Desigual has an app for browsing the collections and ordering from your phone, as an alternative to shopping on the website in a browser.
Tips for using a Desigual voucher code
Enter your Desigual voucher code at the checkout before confirming payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the reduction is there. Check the terms of the code, because an offer may exclude sale or flash-sale items or require a minimum spend, and a code generally cannot be added after you have ordered.
How to save at Desigual
A Desigual voucher code is the simplest way to save on an order, but joining Desigual.CLUB can be worth it too, since members get cashback and extra savings during the sale. The sale section is a good place to start before paying full price, and adding items until the basket passes £60 removes the delivery charge.
Payment methods
Desigual accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Apple Pay
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days and is free on orders over £60. You can have the parcel sent to your home or to a delivery point. Desigual does not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Northern Ireland or military addresses.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it. Returns are free in a Desigual shop or at a UPS point, although flash-sale items carry a fee, and a home pickup is available for a small charge. Underwear, swimwear and jewellery without its seal cannot be returned. Refunds take about a week for shop returns and about 15 days by post.
