Dobies - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Dobies - from using voucher codes to what to check when a code fails.
How do I use a Dobies voucher code?
Add your seeds, plants or other items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, and check that the order total has dropped.
Why is my Dobies voucher code not working?
Check the expiry date, any minimum spend and whether the code excludes certain products. Type the code exactly as shown, without extra spaces, and try again before you complete the order.
Tips for using a Dobies voucher code
Enter your Dobies voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to see that the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code before you use it, since an offer may need a minimum spend, exclude some products or run only until a set date.
How to save at Dobies
Using a Dobies voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to reduce what you pay. Planning what you need for the season and placing one larger order rather than several small ones can make it easier to meet any minimum spend a code asks for, and it is worth checking this page before you order to see which offers are running.
