Dorothy Perkins - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Dorothy Perkins - from voucher codes to shopping in the app.
How do I use a Dorothy Perkins voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code box before paying, then check that the discount shows in the order total.
Does Dorothy Perkins have shops?
No. Dorothy Perkins is an online-only brand, so orders are placed on the website or in the app and delivered to your home, a parcel locker or a collection point.
Is there a Dorothy Perkins app?
Yes. Dorothy Perkins has an app, which lets you browse the ranges and place orders from your phone instead of using the website.
Tips for using a Dorothy Perkins voucher code
Enter your Dorothy Perkins voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to see that the reduction has gone through. Read the terms first, as a code may need a minimum spend or leave out certain items, and it usually cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.

A Dorothy Perkins voucher code is the most direct way to save on an order. If you shop often, the UNLIMITED delivery subscription gives you free standard delivery, which soon adds up. For an occasional order, choosing Supersaver delivery and reaching £50 makes delivery free, and an InPost locker is the cheapest paid option on a smaller basket.
