About Dunelm
Dunelm is a UK home furnishings retailer with physical stores, many of them with a Pausa cafe. Its range covers furniture, bedding, curtains, blinds, lighting, rugs, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, decor and storage, mostly under its own brand alongside third-party names, plus a special buys section and an outlet for returned items.
Dunelm - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Dunelm - from voucher codes to gift cards and visiting a store.
How do I use a Dunelm voucher code?
Put your items in the basket on dunelm.com and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the code box before you pay, then check that the discount has come off the order total.
Does Dunelm sell gift cards?
Yes. Dunelm sells gift cards, which can be a useful present for someone setting up a new home or redecorating, since they can choose from the whole range themselves.
Can I get something to eat at a Dunelm store?
Many Dunelm stores have a Pausa cafe on site, so you can stop for a drink or a bite while you shop. Not every store has one, so check your local branch before you visit.
Tips for using a Dunelm voucher code
Enter your Dunelm voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment and make sure the basket total goes down. Read the terms of the code first, because it may only cover certain ranges, exclude items that are already reduced or need a minimum spend. If a code fails, check that everything in your basket qualifies.
How to save at Dunelm
A Dunelm voucher code is a good start, and the offers page lists products that are currently reduced. Students can claim a student discount, and the special buys and outlet sections are worth a look for lower prices. Standard delivery is free over £60, so combining purchases can remove the charge, while free click and collect avoids it on smaller orders. For bigger items, credit lets you spread the cost.
Payment methods
Dunelm accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
- Apple Pay
- Creation finance (credit on larger orders)
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.95, takes about four working days and is free on orders over £60. Express delivery on a fixed date is £5.95. Furniture and large items cost £12.95, or nothing over £600, and arrive by two-person delivery in 7-14 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 5-10 weeks. Click and collect is free, with same-day collection from two hours, and remote areas such as the Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and parts of Cornwall take 8-11 working days.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 28 days to return an item if you change your mind. Small items can be returned free of charge at a store or through a home collection, and furniture and large items are collected from your home at no cost. Items must be unused, with their tags and proof of purchase, and refunds take 7-10 working days to arrive.
