Ecovacs - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Ecovacs - from voucher codes to price matching and delivery.
How do I use an Ecovacs voucher code?
Add your robot or accessories to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount has been taken off the total.
Does Ecovacs have a price match guarantee?
Yes. Ecovacs offers a price match guarantee on its UK website. Read the conditions on the site to see which prices qualify and how to make a request before you order.
Does Ecovacs deliver to the Channel Islands?
No. Ecovacs does not deliver to Guernsey or Jersey, so orders need a delivery address elsewhere in the UK.
Tips for using a Ecovacs voucher code
Enter your Ecovacs voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to see that the reduction has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may apply only to certain models or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added after the order has been placed.
How to save at Ecovacs
Using an Ecovacs voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to reduce the price of a robot. Ecovacs also runs a points rewards club, so joining before you buy lets you collect points on your order, and a referral programme rewards you for recommending the brand to others. Adding accessories to take your order past £39 gets you free delivery.
Payment methods
Ecovacs accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £39, and a small charge per parcel applies to smaller orders. Orders take 1-3 business days to process and then 2-5 working days in transit.
