Electricshop - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Electricshop - from voucher codes to price matching, warranties and ordering by phone.
How do I use an Electricshop voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount has been taken off the order total.
Does Electricshop price match?
Yes. Electricshop will price match against selected retailers. A price match cannot be used together with a voucher code, so compare the two and choose whichever gives the lower price.
Can I buy an extended warranty from Electricshop?
Yes. Extended warranties are available on products from Electricshop, which can be worth considering for more expensive items such as a TV or a large kitchen appliance.
Can I order from Electricshop by phone?
Yes. Electricshop has a phone sales line, which can be handy if you have questions about a product or would rather place your order with a member of staff.
Tips for using a Electricshop voucher code
Enter your Electricshop voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the reduction has gone through. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may apply only to certain brands or need a minimum spend. A voucher code cannot be combined with a price match, so use whichever saves you more.
How to save at Electricshop
An Electricshop voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to lower the price of an order. The standing promotions page gathers the current offers in one place, and the clearance and open-box section is worth a look if you do not mind packaging that has been opened. Choosing standard delivery, which is free on most items, rather than express also avoids an extra charge.
Payment methods
Electricshop accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna and Clearpay
Delivery
Delivery is free to the UK mainland on most items and usually takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery in 1-2 working days is also offered, although it is not available to some postcodes, including the Scottish islands and Northern Ireland.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery. A restocking charge applies to returns, and it is higher for items that have been opened. You pay the postage to send the item back. Hygiene items and small appliances that have been used cannot be returned.
