About Farfetch
Farfetch is an online marketplace for designer fashion, connecting shoppers with partner boutiques and brands that sell through the site. It covers women's, men's and children's clothing, shoes, bags and accessories, along with jewellery, watches and a selection of pre-owned items.
Farfetch - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Farfetch - from voucher codes to pre-owned items and who sells them.
How do I use a Farfetch voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code field before you pay, and check that the discount has been taken off the order total.
Does Farfetch sell pre-owned designer items?
Yes. Alongside new collections, Farfetch lists pre-owned pieces, so you can shop for second-hand designer items in the same place as new clothing, bags and accessories.
Are duties included in Farfetch prices in the UK?
Yes. Prices shown on the UK site already include duties and taxes, so you will not be asked to pay extra charges when the parcel arrives.
Tips for using a Farfetch voucher code
Enter your Farfetch voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain designers or items from some partner boutiques, or need a minimum spend, and it usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Farfetch
A Farfetch voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to lower the cost of an order. Students, key workers and seniors can each claim a dedicated discount, and there is a refer-a-friend scheme for recommending the site to others. Regular shoppers can also look into the Farfetch Access programme, and standard delivery is free once an order passes £400.
Delivery
Farfetch offers standard and express delivery, and standard delivery is free on orders over £400. Parcels are sent with couriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx and DPD.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and returns are free whether you book a collection or use a drop-off point. Items must be unused with their tags still attached. Once the return has been processed, the refund goes back to your original payment method, which takes about 14 days.
