Fila - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Fila - from voucher codes to trainers and the tennis range.
How do I use a Fila voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the order total has been reduced.
Does Fila sell tennis clothing?
Yes. Fila has a dedicated tennis collection, so you can find clothing for the court alongside its everyday sportswear, tracksuits and trainers.
Which Fila trainers can I buy?
The footwear range includes the Disruptor trainer among other styles for men and women. Check the product page for available sizes before you order.
Tips for using a Fila voucher code
Enter your Fila voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and make sure the reduction shows in the order summary. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain products or need a minimum spend. A code generally cannot be applied once the order has gone through.
How to save at Fila
A Fila voucher code is the quickest way to bring down the price of an order. Standard delivery is free once you spend £50, so adding a pair of socks or a cap to a smaller basket can cost little more than the delivery charge would. Choosing Evri 48-hour delivery rather than a 24-hour service also keeps the cost down when you are not in a hurry.
Payment methods
Fila accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna and Clearpay
Delivery
Evri 48-hour delivery takes 2-5 working days and costs £3.99, or nothing from £50. Evri 24-hour delivery costs £4.99, reduced to £3.99 on orders of £50 or more, and DPD 24-hour delivery costs £7.99. Remote areas such as the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland pay £7.50 for standard delivery, free above £50. Orders can take up to 48 hours to process.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and you pay the return postage. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and underwear cannot be returned. Start the return in the online returns portal, then post the parcel back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 working days of the return being checked.
