FlexiSpot - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about FlexiSpot - from voucher codes to warranties and business orders.
How do I use a FlexiSpot voucher code?
Add your desk or chair to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code box before paying, and check that the total has been reduced.
What warranty does FlexiSpot give?
FlexiSpot products come with warranties that run for up to 15 years, depending on the item. Check the product page for the exact cover before you buy, particularly on desk frames.
Can businesses order FlexiSpot furniture in bulk?
Yes. FlexiSpot handles bulk orders for businesses, which is useful when you are fitting out an office with several standing desks or chairs at once.
Tips for using a FlexiSpot voucher code
Enter your FlexiSpot voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to see that the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code, as an offer may only cover particular desks or chairs or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added after you have ordered.
How to save at FlexiSpot
A FlexiSpot voucher code is the most direct way to save on a new desk or chair. Students can claim a discount through MyUniDays, and the referral programme rewards you for recommending FlexiSpot to others. Delivery is free, so there is no threshold to reach, and the long warranties help spread the value of a larger purchase over many years.
Payment methods
FlexiSpot accepts the following payment methods:
- Klarna
Delivery
Delivery is free to addresses across the UK and Ireland. Orders are sent with carriers including DPD and DHL, so the delivery company can differ from one order to the next, and there is no minimum spend before delivery becomes free.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days to return or exchange a FlexiSpot product, and both returns and exchanges are free of charge. That gives you a month to try a standing desk or chair at home and decide whether it suits the way you work before you commit to keeping it.
