Flowercard - frequently asked questions

Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Flowercard - from voucher codes to discounts and ordering by phone.

How do I use a Flowercard voucher code?

Choose your gift and go through the checkout. On the payment confirmation page, type the code into the Offer Code field and check that the discount has been taken off before you pay.

Does Flowercard offer key worker and student discounts?

Yes. Students and key workers in areas such as healthcare, the emergency services, education and public transport can claim a discount. It can be used once, does not cover postage and cannot be combined with other offers.

Can I order from Flowercard by phone?

Yes. As well as ordering on the website, you can place an order over the phone, which can help if you need advice on choosing a gift or writing the card.

Tips for using a Flowercard voucher code

Enter your Flowercard voucher code in the Offer Code field on the payment confirmation page at the checkout. Check that the price has been reduced before you confirm. Each discount can be used once only and cannot be combined with another, so pick the code that saves you the most.

How to save at Flowercard

A Flowercard voucher code is the easiest way to save on a gift. If you are a student or a key worker, the dedicated discount can be used once on an order, though it does not reduce the postage. Because there is no free delivery threshold, sending one larger gift rather than several smaller ones keeps the total delivery cost down.

Payment methods

Flowercard accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • PayPal instalments

Delivery

Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £6.50 and arrives one to two days after dispatch. The date you choose is the dispatch date, and orders placed by 4:30pm can go out the same day. There is no free delivery threshold. Flowercard does not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland or Europe, and the Highlands and islands may take longer.

Returns and cancellation rights

Flowercard has a satisfaction promise for problems with an order. If something is not right, contact the customer service team within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be looked into.
