Footasylum - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Footasylum - from voucher codes to getting a discount to work at the checkout.
How do I use a Footasylum voucher code?
Put your items in the basket and continue to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount code box before paying, and confirm the reduction shows in the order total.
Why is my Footasylum voucher code not working?
Make sure the code is entered exactly as written and is still valid. A code can exclude some brands or need a minimum spend, so check its terms against what is in your basket.
Tips for using a Footasylum voucher code
Enter your Footasylum voucher code at the checkout before you pay, then check the order summary to see that the discount has gone through. Look at the terms before you start, because some codes leave out certain brands or reduced lines. A code usually cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
How to save at Footasylum
Using a Footasylum voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to cut the cost of an order. It is also worth trying on trainers and clothing in one of the stores if you are unsure of a size, since getting the fit right first time saves the hassle of sending items back.
