Furniture123 - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Furniture123 - from voucher codes to collecting your order.
How do I use a Furniture123 voucher code?
Add your furniture to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount code box before you pay, and check that the total has been reduced.
Can I collect a Furniture123 order?
Yes. Furniture123 has click and collect points in West Yorkshire and the East Midlands, which can suit you if you live nearby and would rather pick up the order yourself.
Will Furniture123 unpack my delivery?
Yes. The delivery team can unpack your furniture in a ground-floor room of your choice and take the packaging away, which saves you dealing with large boxes afterwards.
Tips for using a Furniture123 voucher code
Enter your Furniture123 voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to see that the discount has been taken off. Check the terms of the code, since an offer may only cover certain ranges or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added after the order has been placed.
How to save at Furniture123
A Furniture123 voucher code is the simplest way to lower the cost of a new piece. The sale page is worth checking before buying at full price, and ordering several items together makes sense when delivery is charged by size. If you live near a click and collect point, picking the order up can be an alternative, and finance lets you spread a larger purchase.
Payment methods
Furniture123 accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal and PayPal Credit
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Clearpay (pay in instalments)
- Finance on larger orders
Delivery
You can choose next-day delivery or pick a date from Monday to Saturday, with a delivery timeslot. The cost depends on the size of the item and is shown at the checkout. Furniture123 delivers across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the islands and the Highlands, and to Ireland.
