About Gap
Gap sells its own-brand clothing for women, men, boys and girls, along with ranges for babies and toddlers. In the UK the website is run by Next Retail Limited, trading as Gap, and the brand is also found in UK stores and concessions. Online orders can be sent to your home or collected from a store.
Gap - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Gap - from voucher codes to gift cards and who runs the UK site.
How do I use a Gap voucher code?
Add your clothes to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the promotional code field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in your order total.
Can I buy a Gap gift card?
Yes. Gap sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own clothing and size. Gift cards can also be used as a way to pay for an order on the website.
Tips for using a Gap voucher code
Enter your Gap voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Check the terms of the code first, because some offers need a minimum spend or exclude certain ranges. A code normally cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Gap
A Gap voucher code is the most straightforward way to reduce the cost of an order. Students and graduates, key workers and members of the military can each get a separate discount, so check whether you qualify. Choosing free click and collect instead of home delivery also avoids a delivery charge on your order.
Payment methods
Gap accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Gift cards
Delivery
Gap offers next-day home delivery, and click and collect is free to more than 500 stores, which suits anyone who would rather pick up a parcel than wait in for a courier. Check the checkout for home delivery charges and timings before you order.
