Returns and cancellation rights
You have 28 days to return an item, with the tags still attached. Returns are arranged through Goddiva's online returns portal, which gives you a Royal Mail label, and a small fee is charged per order unless you are a Goddiva Unlimited member. Swimwear, lingerie and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Refunds take 5-10 working days.
