About Gtech
Gtech is a British brand that designs its own cordless floorcare, garden tools, power tools and hair care. Gtech - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Gtech - from voucher codes to how the service works day to day.
How do I use a Gtech voucher code?
Add your Gtech products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, and check that the order total has dropped.
Do Gtech products come with a warranty?
Yes. Gtech products carry a two-year warranty. You can also register your product with Gtech, so its details are on record if you need help with it later.
How do I contact Gtech customer service?
Gtech has a UK call centre that is open seven days a week, so you can get help with an order or a product by phone at weekends as well as on weekdays.
Tips for using a Gtech voucher code
Enter your Gtech voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the discount shows in the order total. A code may only apply to specific products or ranges, such as floorcare or garden tools, so read its terms first. If the code is rejected, check its expiry date and whether it covers every item in your basket.
How to save at Gtech
A Gtech voucher code is the simplest saving, so look at the offers on this page before you order. Because the range spans vacuums, garden tools, power tools and hair care, it helps to compare similar models within one range before choosing. Next-working-day delivery on orders before 7pm is free, so there is no delivery charge to add, and Klarna or PayPal let you spread the cost if paying in full up front does not suit you.
Payment methods
Gtech accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
Delivery
Gtech offers free next-working-day delivery on orders placed before 7pm. Next-day arrival is what Gtech aims for rather than a guarantee, so allow a little extra time if you need an item by a particular date.
More about Gtech
Gtech was founded by Nick Grey and is based in Worcester. It designs and sells products under its own name rather than stocking other brands. Alongside cordless vacuums of several types and carpet sweepers, the range includes garden tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers and hedge trimmers, power tools such as cordless drills, impact drivers and work lights, and hair care in the form of hair dryers and straighteners.
