Gym King - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Gym King - from voucher codes to order changes, damaged parcels and where to buy.
How do I use a Gym King voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I change my Gym King order after paying?
No. Orders cannot be changed once payment has gone through, so check sizes, colours and your delivery address carefully before you complete the checkout.
What should I do if my Gym King order arrives damaged?
Report the damage to customer service within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. That gives the team what it needs to look into the problem.
Can I buy Gym King anywhere other than its website?
Yes. As well as selling direct online, Gym King is stocked by a number of wholesale and retail partners, so you may also find the brand at other shops.
Tips for using a Gym King voucher code
Enter your Gym King voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out sale items, and since orders cannot be changed after payment, a code cannot be added later.
How to save at Gym King
A Gym King voucher code is the most direct way to cut the cost of an order, and joining the loyalty club gives a discount on your first order. Students can save through UNiDAYS and Student Beans, NHS and key workers have their own discount, and you can refer a friend for a reward. If you order often, the Unlimited UK Delivery pass at £10 a year covers delivery, and the sale is worth checking first.

Gym King accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (including American Express)
