Gymshark - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Gymshark - from voucher codes to its app, stores and member perks.
How do I use a Gymshark voucher code?
Add your training gear to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before paying, then check that the reduction appears in your order total.
Does Gymshark have a loyalty programme?
Yes. Gymshark runs a loyalty programme for its customers, and signing up to its emails also unlocks a welcome offer, so both are worth joining before your first order.
Can I shop Gymshark in a store or on an app?
Yes. Gymshark has physical stores as well as its website, and a mobile app lets you browse and order on your phone. Its blog, Gymshark Central, covers training and lifestyle topics.
Tips for using a Gymshark voucher code
Type your Gymshark voucher code into the discount box at the checkout before you complete payment, and look at the order summary to confirm it has worked. Check the terms beforehand, since a code may need a minimum spend or exclude some items, and it usually cannot be added after the order has been placed.
How to save at Gymshark
Entering a Gymshark voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to bring an order down in price. Students can claim a student discount, and the refer-a-friend scheme gives you credit when someone you invite places an order. Signing up for emails brings a welcome offer, the loyalty programme rewards repeat customers, and building your basket past £50 gets you free standard delivery.
Delivery
Gymshark delivers across the UK from its UK site, and standard delivery is free when your order comes to more than £50. Delivery options and charges for smaller orders are shown at the checkout before you pay.
Returns and cancellation rights
Returns to Gymshark are handled through an online returns portal run by Loop, where you start the return and choose how to send the items back. Check the return window and any conditions in the portal before you post anything, so the refund goes through without delay.
