About Healthspan
Healthspan sells vitamins, minerals, supplements and sports nutrition directly to customers, along with health supplements for pets. Its own ranges include Opti-Turmeric, Optiflex, MultiVitality and the Elite sports line, and standard UK delivery is free on orders over £30 and on every subscription order.
Healthspan - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Healthspan - from voucher codes to subscriptions and supplements for pets.
How do I use a Healthspan voucher code?
Add your supplements to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I set up a Healthspan subscription?
Yes. With Subscribe & Save you can have products sent to you regularly instead of reordering each time, and subscription orders come with free Super Saver delivery.
Does Healthspan sell supplements for pets?
Yes. Next to its ranges for people, Healthspan has a line of pet health supplements, so you can order for your dog or cat alongside your own vitamins.
Tips for using a Healthspan voucher code
Enter your Healthspan voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, because an offer may be for first orders only, may exclude certain ranges or may not combine with subscription pricing.
How to save at Healthspan
A Healthspan voucher code at the checkout is the most direct way to save on an order. Signing up to the newsletter brings an offer for your first order, and students can get a discount through Student Beans. Subscriptions come with a price match promise, and the offers and promotions page is worth checking before you buy. Topping an order up past £30 also removes the standard delivery charge.
Payment methods
Healthspan accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
Delivery
Super Saver delivery takes 3-4 working days and costs £2.45, or nothing on orders over £30 and on subscriptions. Priority delivery costs £2.95 and takes 1-2 days, and a next-day courier service is £7.95 when you order before 1pm. Click and collect is not available.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days to send an item back, and UK returns are free with a Freepost label that you request by phone or email. Products must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Short-dated items sold at a discount cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Refunds are made within 10 working days.
More about Healthspan
Healthspan is based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, and sells its supplements direct rather than through shops, so orders come straight from the company to your door. Its catalogue is built around its own brands, such as Opti-Turmeric, Optiflex and MultiVitality, and the Elite range sits alongside them for people who train. Healthspan is an official supplier to the All Blacks, the Black Ferns and British Athletics. Beyond everyday vitamins and minerals, it also sells sports nutrition and a separate range of health supplements for pets.
