Recipes range from quick dinners and vegetarian dishes to family meals and premium options, and extras such as desserts and sides can be added to a box. Gift cards are available too.
HelloFresh - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about HelloFresh - from voucher codes to Avios and gift cards.
How do I use a HelloFresh voucher code?
Go to the plans page and enter your postcode. You can then add the voucher code in the promo code field, and the discount is shown before you complete your order.
Can I collect Avios with HelloFresh?
Yes. HelloFresh lets you collect Avios on your orders, which is worth setting up if you already save points towards flights or other rewards.
Does HelloFresh sell gift cards?
Yes. HelloFresh gift cards can be bought for someone else, giving them the chance to try recipe boxes and cook meals at home without paying for the first order themselves.
Tips for using a HelloFresh voucher code
Add your HelloFresh voucher code on the plans page once you have entered your postcode, and check that the reduced price appears before you confirm. Read the terms of the code, because an offer may apply only to your first box or to new customers, and some codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
How to save at HelloFresh
Using a HelloFresh voucher code is the most direct way to cut the price of a box. New customers can usually get an offer on their first box, and students can claim a discount through Unidays, Student Beans or TOTUM. Key workers have a separate discount, and collecting Avios on each order adds a little extra value to meals you would buy anyway.
Payment methods
HelloFresh accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
- PayPal
Delivery
HelloFresh delivers your recipe box to your door with all the ingredients for the week's meals together. If you order before noon, the box can arrive as early as the next day.
Returns and cancellation rights
As HelloFresh sends fresh food on a subscription, changes are made to the plan rather than by returning a box. You can pause the subscription in your account when you do not need deliveries, and reactivate it later when you want boxes to start again.
