Higher Nature - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Higher Nature - from voucher codes to subscriptions and advice sessions.
How do I use a Higher Nature voucher code?
Put your products in the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then make sure the reduction shows in the total.
Does Higher Nature offer nutritional advice?
Yes. Higher Nature offers free nutritional advice sessions of around 15 minutes, which can help if you are unsure which product fits your needs. It also has a UK-based call centre.
How do I find products on the Higher Nature site?
Products are grouped into collections by health goal as well as an A-Z list, so you can either browse by what you are looking for or go straight to a product you already know.
Tips for using a Higher Nature voucher code
Enter your Higher Nature voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment and check the order total afterwards. Read the terms of the code first, since some offers need a minimum spend or exclude certain products, and a code may not combine with other promotions.
How to save at Higher Nature
Using a Higher Nature voucher code at the checkout is the most direct way to save on an order. If you buy the same products regularly, Subscribe & Save sets up repeat deliveries at a lower cost. Grouping your purchases so the order passes £40 also removes the standard delivery charge, which otherwise adds £3.90.
Delivery
Higher Nature delivers to the UK, Jersey and Guernsey only. Standard delivery by Royal Mail 48 costs £3.90 and is free on orders over £40. You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for £4.99, as long as you order by midday.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, as long as they are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Let Higher Nature know within 7 days that you want to return something, then post it back to the returns address in Horam, East Sussex.
