HMV - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about HMV - from voucher codes to using them on an order.
How do I use an HMV voucher code?
Add your records, films or games to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code box before paying, then check that the discount shows in the total.
Tips for using a HMV voucher code
Enter your HMV voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and look at the order total to confirm the reduction has been applied. Read the terms first, because a code may only cover certain formats, such as vinyl or Blu-ray, may exclude pre-orders or may need a minimum spend.
How to save at HMV
An HMV voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to cut the price of an order. If you are buying several items, putting them in one basket makes it easier to meet any minimum spend a code asks for.
