Hobbycraft - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Hobbycraft - from voucher codes to its loyalty scheme and craft workshops.
How do I use a Hobbycraft voucher code?
Fill your basket on hobbycraft.co.uk and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the promotional code box before paying, then check that the order total has dropped by the expected amount.
What is Hobbycraft Club?
Hobbycraft Club is the retailer's loyalty scheme for people who craft regularly. Look at the membership details on the Hobbycraft website to see what members receive and how to sign up.
Does Hobbycraft run craft workshops?
Yes. As well as selling supplies, Hobbycraft runs craft workshops where you can learn or practise a technique with guidance. The website lists the sessions on offer and how to book a place.
Tips for using a Hobbycraft voucher code
Add everything to your basket first, then enter your Hobbycraft voucher code at the checkout and confirm the discount shows before you pay. A code can be limited to certain ranges, brands or a minimum spend, so read its terms, and check whether it covers click and collect orders as well as home delivery.
How to save at Hobbycraft
A Hobbycraft voucher code is a good starting point, but the delivery options matter just as much on a craft order. Standard delivery is free once your basket passes £25, so it pays to group supplies for several projects into one order. For smaller top-ups, click and collect is free over £10 and ready quickly. Regular crafters should also look at Hobbycraft Club, the store's loyalty scheme.
Delivery
Hobbycraft delivers within the UK only. Standard Royal Mail delivery costs £4.95, is free over £25 and takes about three working days, or three to five for Northern Ireland. Next-day delivery costs £7.95, or nothing over £200, when you order before 8pm Monday to Friday, though not every postcode qualifies. Click and collect is free over £10 and £2 below that, can be ready within an hour and is held for seven days. Bring photo ID to collect.
