Hughes - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Hughes - from voucher codes to membership and renting appliances.
How do I use a Hughes voucher code?
Add the products you want to the basket on hughes.co.uk and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount is applied to the total.
What is Hughes Rewards Plus?
Rewards Plus is a Hughes membership that brings extra savings, free recycling of old appliances and price drop protection. It suits customers who expect to buy more than one appliance.
Can I rent an appliance from Hughes?
Yes. Hughes offers appliance rental as an alternative to buying outright. Look at the rental section of the website to see which products are available and what the terms are.
Tips for using a Hughes voucher code
Enter your Hughes voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order total to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms first, because a code may only apply to certain brands or product types, or need a minimum spend. If a code fails, check that the items in your basket are covered.
How to save at Hughes
A Hughes voucher code is one way to save on a new appliance. Delivery is free on orders over £400, so buying several appliances together can remove the charge, and click and collect from a store in East Anglia is an option on smaller items. Rewards Plus members get extra savings and price drop protection, and PayPal Credit, Klarna, Clearpay or interest-free credit let you spread the cost.
Payment methods
Hughes accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
- Clearpay (pay in instalments)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Interest-free credit
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £400, and you can choose the date your order arrives. Click and collect is available from Hughes stores in East Anglia, with orders ready to pick up within an hour.
Returns and cancellation rights
You need to request a return within 14 days of delivery, and you should contact Hughes before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and the customer pays the return costs. Returns can also be taken to a Hughes store instead.
