Hush Puppies - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Hush Puppies - from voucher codes to rewards and finding the right fit.
How do I use a Hush Puppies voucher code?
Add your shoes to the basket on hushpuppies.co.uk and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before paying, then check the reduction appears in the total.
Does Hush Puppies have a rewards scheme?
Yes. Membership is free, and you earn points for every pound you spend, with extra points when you sign up and on your birthday. Members also move through five tiers and get early access to the sale.
How do I find the right school shoes at Hush Puppies?
The website has a school shoe finder that narrows the range down to suitable styles, and size guides help you check the fit before ordering, which saves time on returns.
Tips for using a Hush Puppies voucher code
Enter your Hush Puppies voucher code at the checkout before you pay, and check the order total to confirm the discount has gone through. Rewards vouchers cannot be used together with other promotions, so choose whichever saves you more. Read the terms of any code, as it may leave out certain styles or need a minimum spend.
How to save at Hush Puppies
A Hush Puppies voucher code is the quickest way to cut the cost of an order, and new subscribers to the newsletter are offered a discount on their first purchase. Joining the free rewards scheme builds up points as you shop and gives early access to the sale, where reduced styles for men, women and children are collected. Keeping your basket above £50 also removes the standard delivery charge.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items, which must be unworn and come back with their tags and packaging. Returns from mainland UK are booked through the online portal for a flat £4.99, and are free if the item is faulty or wrong. Exchanges are not offered, so return the pair and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the return arriving.
