instantprint - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about instantprint - from voucher codes to artwork checks and sample packs.
How do I use an instantprint voucher code?
Choose your product and options, upload your artwork and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code field before you pay, then check the discount appears in the total.
Does instantprint check my artwork?
Yes. instantprint offers a free artwork check, which helps catch problems with your file before it goes to print and saves you paying for a job that comes out wrong.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. instantprint sends out sample packs, so you can feel the paper stocks and finishes in your hand before committing to a larger print run.
How does express printing work?
Selected products can be printed on an express next-day basis. To qualify, your artwork needs to be approved by 5pm, and some products are also dispatched within 24 hours.
Tips for using a instantprint voucher code
Enter your instantprint voucher code at the checkout, after you have chosen the product and uploaded your artwork, and check the order summary before paying. Read the terms of the code, as it may only apply to certain products or need a minimum spend, and it cannot usually be added once the order has gone through.
How to save at instantprint
An instantprint voucher code is a good start, but the choices you make while ordering matter too. Order a sample pack before a big job so you pick the right paper first time, and use the free artwork check to avoid paying for a reprint. Standard delivery costs less than the pre-noon and Saturday options, so allow a little extra time if your deadline permits, and group jobs into one order to pay for delivery once.
Payment methods
instantprint accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK, including Scotland, is sent tracked with DPD once production is finished. Standard delivery takes one working day and costs £4.99, pre-noon delivery is £9.99 and Saturday delivery is £14.99. Some extended areas may take an extra day, and orders cannot be delivered to Jersey, Guernsey or the Republic of Ireland.
