Its luggage comes with a 10-year warranty.
IT Luggage - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about IT Luggage - from voucher codes to warranty cover and cabin sizes.
How do I use an IT Luggage voucher code?
Add your cases or accessories to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check the reduction shows in the order total.
What does the IT Luggage warranty cover?
IT Luggage gives a 10-year warranty on its luggage, which is useful cover for a case that travels often. Read the warranty terms on the website to see exactly what is included.
How do I know if a case fits airline cabin rules?
IT Luggage publishes an airline size guide on its website. Compare the case dimensions with your airline's cabin allowance before ordering, as limits differ between carriers.
Can I personalise an IT Luggage suitcase?
Some cases have a personalised panel option, which lets you add your own design. It also makes your bag easier to spot on the carousel at arrivals.
Tips for using a IT Luggage voucher code
Enter your IT Luggage voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to confirm the discount has been applied. Read the conditions of the code, since it may exclude sale items or need a minimum spend, and a code cannot normally be added after the order is placed.
How to save at IT Luggage
An IT Luggage voucher code is one way to save, and the sale section is worth a look before paying full price. The bundle builder lets you put several items together in one order, and signing up to the newsletter can bring a welcome offer. Standard delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £50, so combining a suitcase with accessories can remove the delivery charge. Klarna lets you spread the cost of a larger order.
Payment methods
IT Luggage accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna (pay later)
Delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK takes 3-5 working days and costs £2.99, or nothing on orders over £50. Express delivery within two days is £3.99, and next-day delivery is £5.99 if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands take 3-7 days for £5.99, and a signature is needed on delivery.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 28 days of receiving them. Request an RMA number through the returns form on the contact page, then send the parcel back at your own cost, unless the item is faulty. Once the warehouse has received the return, the refund is made to your original payment method within 10 working days.
