Julian Charles - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Julian Charles - from voucher codes to shopping in store and trade accounts.
How do I use a Julian Charles voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does Julian Charles have physical stores?
Yes. Julian Charles has stores as well as its website, and the store finder on the site shows where your nearest one is, which helps if you want to see fabrics in person.
Can businesses buy from Julian Charles?
Yes. Julian Charles runs a programme for trade customers, so businesses furnishing rooms or properties can set up an account rather than ordering as a retail shopper.
Tips for using a Julian Charles voucher code
Enter your Julian Charles voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the basket total to confirm the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out certain lines, such as items already in the sale.
How to save at Julian Charles
Using a Julian Charles voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. The sale section is worth a look before paying full price for bedding or curtains. Delivery is free on orders over £59, so grouping several items into one order can save the delivery charge, and trade customers can use the dedicated trade programme.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £59. Most items arrive within 3-7 working days of ordering, so allow a little extra time if you need new bedding or curtains in place by a particular date.
More about Julian Charles
Julian Charles has been trading since 1947 and focuses on textiles for the home, most of them from its own range. Bedding, curtains, cushions, throws and rugs make up the core of what it sells, and curtains can be ordered made to measure as well as in ready-made sizes. The range also extends to garden furniture, lighting, kitchen and bathroom items, and products for pets and children. Alongside its website, the company has physical stores that you can find through the store finder, and it serves business buyers through a trade customer programme.
