Laptops Direct - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Laptops Direct - from voucher codes to trade-in and business accounts.
How do I use a Laptops Direct voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I trade in my old laptop at Laptops Direct?
Yes. Laptops Direct runs a trade-in service for old phones and laptops, which can help put a value on a device you no longer use when you upgrade.
Does Laptops Direct offer business accounts?
Yes. Businesses can open an account with Laptops Direct, which suits companies buying computers and accessories for staff rather than for personal use.
How can I receive a Laptops Direct order?
You can have your order delivered to your home or sent to a collection point, which is useful if nobody will be in to take a delivery.
Tips for using a Laptops Direct voucher code
Enter your Laptops Direct voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may only apply to certain brands or products, and it may not combine with a finance plan or another promotion.
How to save at Laptops Direct
A Laptops Direct voucher code is the simplest way to cut the price of an order. Trading in an old phone or laptop can reduce the overall cost of an upgrade, and comparing similar models from different brands on the site can turn up a cheaper machine with the same core specification. If you would rather spread the cost, finance options and pay-in-three plans are available at the checkout.
Payment methods
Laptops Direct accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal, PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Clearpay (pay in instalments)
