Lentiamo - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Lentiamo - from voucher codes to repeat deliveries and trying on frames.
How do I use a Lentiamo voucher code?
Add your lenses or eyewear to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the total has been reduced.
Can I get my contact lenses delivered automatically?
Yes. Lentiamo offers automatic repeat delivery for lenses, so a new supply is sent at regular intervals and you do not have to remember to reorder each time.
Can I try on glasses online at Lentiamo?
Yes. The Lentiamo website has a virtual try-on feature, which lets you see how a pair of frames or sunglasses might look on you before you buy.
Tips for using a Lentiamo voucher code
Enter your Lentiamo voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may only cover certain brands or product types, such as lenses rather than frames, or need a minimum order value.
How to save at Lentiamo
A Lentiamo voucher code is the most direct way to take money off an order. Beyond that, the loyalty bonus scheme rewards repeat customers, students can claim a discount, and a refer-a-friend scheme gives you something back for recommending the shop. Delivery is free on orders over £59, so buying a larger supply of lenses in one go can remove the delivery charge.
Payment methods
Lentiamo accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
Delivery
Orders go by Royal Mail and take 2-3 working days. Delivery costs £2.90 and is free on orders over £59. Orders placed before the afternoon cut-off are dispatched the same day. Lentiamo does not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. After you request a return online, you get a free Royal Mail label to send the parcel back. Items must be unused and in unopened packaging, or the return will be refused. You can choose a refund, credit or an exchange, and refunds are made within 14 days of the warehouse receiving the return.
