Lights4fun - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Lights4fun - from voucher codes to loyalty accounts, warranties and gift cards.
How do I use a Lights4fun voucher code?
Add your lights to the basket and continue to the checkout on lights4fun.co.uk. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the order total.
Do Lights4fun products come with a warranty?
Yes. Lights4fun products are covered by a two-year warranty, which gives you some reassurance with lights that go up year after year, indoors or out.
What is myLights4fun?
myLights4fun is the loyalty account run by Lights4fun. You can sign up for it on the website, so it is worth doing before you place your first order.
Can I buy a Lights4fun gift card?
Yes. Lights4fun sells gift cards, so the recipient can choose their own fairy lights, candles or outdoor lighting instead of you guessing what they would like.
Tips for using a Lights4fun voucher code
Enter your Lights4fun voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to see that the reduction has been taken off. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out some ranges, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Lights4fun
A Lights4fun voucher code is the most direct way to save on an order. Combining items into one basket of more than £70 gets you free delivery, and buying outdoor or decorative lights before the busiest seasons helps you avoid a last-minute rush. Connectable ranges can also be extended over time rather than replaced, which spreads the cost of a larger display.
Payment methods
Lights4fun accepts the following payment methods:
- Klarna
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- iwocaPay
Delivery
Delivery from Lights4fun is free once your order comes to more than £70. Below that amount a delivery charge is added, and you can see it in the order summary at the checkout before you pay.
Returns and cancellation rights
Lights4fun gives you 30 days to return items you are not happy with. That leaves time to see how the lights look in place before deciding whether to keep them.
