LOOKFANTASTIC - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about LOOKFANTASTIC - from voucher codes to how the service works day to day.
How do I use a LOOKFANTASTIC voucher code?
Add products to your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the LOOKFANTASTIC voucher code in the discount code field before paying, and check the reduction appears in your order total.
Does LOOKFANTASTIC have a beauty box subscription?
Yes. LOOKFANTASTIC runs a Beauty Box subscription that sends a selection of beauty products on a regular basis, which is a way to try products from different brands.
Does LOOKFANTASTIC have a membership scheme?
It runs a membership called LF Beauty Plus+. Look at the membership page on the LOOKFANTASTIC site for the current benefits and terms before you sign up.
Tips for using a LOOKFANTASTIC voucher code
Enter your LOOKFANTASTIC voucher code at the checkout before you pay, then check the discount shows against your order. A code may exclude certain brands or items that are already reduced, so read the terms if the saving looks smaller than expected. If you have more than one code, compare them, as you may not be able to combine them.
How to save at LOOKFANTASTIC
Beyond a LOOKFANTASTIC voucher code, check whether you qualify for one of the dedicated discounts for students, NHS workers and young shoppers. The referral scheme rewards you for introducing a friend, and the LF Beauty Plus+ membership is worth a look if you buy beauty products often. Comparing a product across the brands in the same category can also turn up a cheaper option that does the same job.
Delivery
Orders placed by 1am can be delivered the next day. LOOKFANTASTIC also offers Premier Delivery, a paid membership that gives free delivery for 12 months, which suits people who order regularly.
